Details
Join us as we train both our bodies and our hearts through Women’s Fitness Total Body Strength & Cardio classes. We incorporate cardio, strength training, flexibility, and stretching in each class with a brief devotion and a time of prayer. Registration is required. Bring water, a mat, and hand weights if you have them; classes are held outside in the lower parking lot or in the FLC (enter through Door 5).
Monday
- 9:15 - 10:15 AM, FLC
- 6:30 - 7:30 PM, FLC
Thursday
- 9:15 - 10:15 AM, FLC
Saturday
- 9:00 - 10:00 AM, FLC
