Fitness Center Rules - PLEASE READ AND REVIEW BEFORE BEGINNING THIS REGISTRATION*:

• Your fitness center access is for your personal use only. Allowing others continual access with your key will result in deactivation.
• When bringing guests, please provide their names and email on the sign-in sheet. A guest may visit with you three times before they must register for their own membership.
• Misconduct and/or not abiding by fitness center rules may result in deactivation. Your yearly membership fee will not be refunded if this occurs.

Clean the equipment before and after you use it! 

By completing this registration, you agree to hold The Bible Chapel, The Bible Chapel Sports Ministry, and any volunteer instructors free from any liability resulting from any injury arising from the use of this facility or equipment.

You also signify that your age is 18 or older.

This Fitness Center registration is $10 and is valid February 1-28, 2026. Payment by credit card only.

You will receive an email when your fob or keyless entry is ready. Once you receive your fob or keyless entry, there is no refund for canceling a monthly membership.
