This form needs to be completed if you are requesting ANY of the following:

To be married AT a Bible Chapel facility
To be married BY a Bible Chapel staff person; or
To complete The Bible Chapel’s Pre-Marital Counseling.

Please read carefully the following information and then complete the form below. The bride and groom need to submit this form separately.

Friday Evening Weddings: All Campuses: Friday evening weddings may be scheduled no earlier than 5:30 PM.
Saturday Weddings – South Hills Campus: All Saturday weddings are scheduled no later than 12:00 PM and facility use must end no later than 2:15 PM.
Saturday Weddings – Washington Campus: No restrictions.

Weddings will not be scheduled on the following at either the South Hills or Washington campuses:

Sundays New Year’s Eve/ Day
Palm Sunday weekend through Easter Sunday
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Weekend
The month of December (South Hills Campus only)
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Rehearsals are scheduled the evening before the wedding ceremony beginning between 4:00 and 6:00 PM. We require weddings performed at a Bible Chapel facility to be performed by The Bible Chapel Pastoral Staff.

Plan to spend up to 30 minutes completing this form. It must be completed in one sitting – you cannot save this form and then return to it at another time.
